1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to House of Loops. By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

House of Loops is run by Shannon Atkinson. It provides educational content, community resources and tools related to workflow automation.

Everything House of Loops provides is advice and materials: what we tell you, and the documents, commands, workflows and code we send you, the same way you would get a downloadable n8n workflow or code on GitHub. We never work on your equipment and never take remote control, SSH access, logins, credentials or .env files, so never send us any of them. You decide whether and how to use what we give you, and you run it on your own systems at your own risk. Check it, and take a backup before you run or import anything.

3. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of House of Loops and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

5. User Accounts

Some features of our services may require registration and the creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, House of Loops is not liable for lost data, downtime, lost profits or any indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for your House of Loops membership in the month before the claim.

None of this limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited, and it does not take away rights your local consumer law gives you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Everything we provide is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless House of Loops and Shannon Atkinson from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to our services.

9. Modification of Terms

We may change these Terms. We will post the new version with a new "Last Updated" date at least 14 days before it takes effect and, for members, tell you by Skool DM. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before they took effect.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

Tell us about a problem in writing at terms@houseofloops.com first. We both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. After that, either of us may go to court, and either of us may use small claims court where we are eligible.

These Terms are governed by California law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights your local consumer law gives you.
