What's in the classroom, and what's coming

What has shipped, with the dates it actually shipped on, and what is coming next with the dates I am aiming at. An older version of this page promised phases it missed without saying so. The dates are back; the silence is not.

The syllabus, by track

33 courses

The classroom holds 44 courses. The 33 below are the ones written up track by track; the other 11 exist only inside Skool and are not broken out here.

n8n

Self-hosting from a laptop container to a production server with queue mode. Workflow foundations, AI agents, and Activepieces and Windmill compared against it honestly.

AI and Claude Code

Claude Code with MCP servers and subagents. Local models with Ollama, Open WebUI and LiteLLM. Vector search with Qdrant and Weaviate.

Data

Postgres, Supabase and NocoDB. Notion, Airtable and Google Workspace. Directus and Baserow, Metabase, MinIO, PocketBase and Appwrite.

Infrastructure

Docker and self-hosting, Cloudflare, Portainer and Dockge, Grafana with Prometheus and Loki, Authentik and Keycloak, Vaultwarden and Nextcloud, Plausible and Umami.

Code and shipping

Python and Go for the parts that need real code. Git and GitHub Actions, Gitea and Woodpecker for the parts that need shipping.

Apps and business

Retool, ToolJet, Bubble and Glide. Stripe, email and newsletters, Listmonk, Strapi, Typebot and Chatwoot, Cal.com and Documenso, and a course on choosing what to build on.

Every lesson names the exact versions it was tested on, ships the compose file and the workflow export that actually ran, and has a Common problems section for the things that genuinely go wrong. All of it was built and run before it was written. The full syllabus lists every course and the lessons inside it, and the template library has twelve workflows you can import and run without taking a course at all.

Repositioned around the free community
The paid-funnel framing came out and the community became the point. Unverifiable claims and fabricated testimonials came out with it.

The book, and the first guides
The n8n book and its starter excerpt, plus guides on Claude Code, self-hosting and queue mode.
8 September 2026
33 courses built, run and reviewed
Every course built and run before it was written, then swept twice for errors. Each lesson names its tested versions and ships the files that actually worked.
10 September 2026
Template library and full syllabus
Twelve importable n8n workflows with the real exports, a syllabus covering all 33 courses lesson by lesson, and honest comparison guides.

What's coming

From November 2026

Live builds

One real system built end to end, questions as we go. None have run yet; the first will be recorded and kept in the classroom.

October 2026

Course updates as tools ship breaking changes

n8n 3.0 lands in October and is Docker-only, which touches every self-hosting lesson. Claude Code moves just as fast. The version numbers in each lesson are how you tell what is current.

Some courses still lean on prose where a screenshot would be faster. Those are being filled in.

How these dates work

Everything under What's shipped is a real date, taken from the commit history. Everything under What's coming is a target, not a guarantee. The previous roadmap promised month-by-month phases and then quietly missed them, and the quiet part is the bit worth fixing: if something here slips, the date on this page changes and it gets said in the community. You will not have to guess. If you want something covered that is not listed, say so and you will get an honest answer about whether it is on the list.
